VIDEO: Bank robber wanted for Sask., Alta., B.C. thefts

Jan 27, 2015 | 3:22 PM

RCMP are asking for the public’s help to try and figure out who the man is who’s believed to be responsible for bank robberies in Saskatchewan, Alberta and B.C.

On Tuesday, the RCMP released information about a string of bank robberies that go back to the beginning of December. Video surveillance has been collected from most of the robberies, and always shows a slim, Caucasian man. He’s seen wearing a black toque, dark sunglasses and dark clothing. He has a goatee or a beard and appears to be between five foot six and six feet tall.

The suspect has used or mentioned a weapon in all of the robberies. Once getting cash, the man runs away on foot.

No one has been hurt in any of the cases.
