Winter conditions lead to guard rail collision

Around 4 p.m on Thursday, firefighters and paramedics responded to an accident on the Highway 2 and 55 intersection just north of the bridge. 

The winter weather and poor road conditions led a van to collide with a guard rail as the vehicle approached the off-ramp. 

Paramedics said there were no injuries.
