PAVC’s Smashing Bananas brings home gold

Prince Albert’s under 18 volleyball club, the Smashing Bananas came home winners over the weekend after taking part in the Saskatchewan Volleyball Association under 18 provincial championship in Saskatoon.

The Smashing Bananas defeated the South East Giants 24-26, 25-19 and 15-13 in the final.

This is the first time since 2007 the under 18 Smashing Bananas have captured the provincial title.
