Jan 21, 2011 | 8:30 PM

The Raiders dropped their third straight on Friday night, falling 6-2 to the Calgary Hitmen.

Igor Revenko opened the scoring at 7:10 of the first period to give the Raiders a 1-0 lead after he capitalized on a Hitmen turnover and went in alone on Hitmen goaltender Brandon Glover.

The Hitmen would score two goals, one minute apart before the period was over to take a 2-1 lead into the second.

In the second frame, it was the Hitmen again scoring two goals, including one on a Ben Wilson penalty shot, and took a 4-1 lead into the third.

The Hitmen added two more to extend their lead to 6-1 and the Raiders would score late to make it a 6-2 Hitmen victory.
