Roles for Saskatchewan’s uranium in medical technology explored

The government is looking at what role Saskatchewan's uranium can play in medical technology.

Brad Wall is specifically looking at nuclear medicine and isotope production.

“There are opportunities for cyclotron generated isotopes that would link very well at the synchrotron at the University of Saskatchewan,” said Wall.

He argues it would help not just health care but the economy too.
