RCMP officers are investigating a jewelry heist in Swift Current.
A store in a shopping mall was robbed on Sept. 30 between noon and one o'clock.
Sgt. Paul Dawson of the RCMP says four people walked into the store and distracted the sales clerks.
The four made off with numerous diamond rings totaling over $40,000. One suspect is described as a tall, thin man with a dark skin complexion. Another suspect is described as a short, stocky woman with dark skin.
RCMP are asking you to contact them if you have any information.
“The three of them distracted the staff at the store enough so that one person was able to steal a considerable amount of jewelry.”
