Convenience store in Saskatoon held up at gunpoint

Three men are in custody after an armed robbery in Saskatoon early Sunday.

Police said a convenience store in the Exhibition neighbourhood was held up at gunpoint at 3:05 a.m. The robbers were wearing masks and ran off with a small amount of cash, some lottery tickets, and cigarettes.

Patrol and K-9 units were called in and quickly tracked down the suspects in a nearby home.

A 26-year-old man and two teenagers aged 17 and 18 are charged with armed robbery. They could face more charges as the investigation proceeds.
