Bay City Rollers play E.A. Rawlinson Centre

Les McKeown and the Legendary Bay City Rollers gave an energetic performance in Prince Albert last night at the E.A. Rawlinson Centre.

The show was nearly sold-out with an eclectic group of fans of all ages in attendance, said E.A. Rawlinson general manager Darren McCaffery.

McKeown bounced across the stage, putting on a lively show for concert-goers. McKeown joined the original Bay City Rollers in 1973 and was a large part of the band’s world-wide success until he left the group in 1978.

After pursuing a solo career for about 15 years, he formed the Legendary Bay City Rollers in the early 1990s, a group that plays original Bay City Rollers songs.
