Nearly 40 per cent of northern Saskatchewan homes need major repairs

According to a report from the Conference Board of Canada, 38 per cent of all homes in Saskatchewan’s north are in need of major repairs. In the south, the figure sits at 10 per cent.
The study found most provinces do have greater housing problem the further north you go. However, northern Saskatchewan has one of the highest rates of trouble.
