Stubborn winter temperatures not ready to leave

Apr 10, 2013 | 4:58 PM

Spring temperatures in Prince Albert and area are not here to stay.

With more snow expected in the forecast, a low pressure system coming from Alberta is expected to bring one to five centimetres for Prince Albert and area.

CKBI Radio meteorologist, Henri Dagenais, said there will be no warming up in the long range.

“The arctic air, being heavier and denser, is hard to move and she seems to want to stay over us for at least the next five or six days,” Dagenais explained.
