Raiders slide to Pats in Regina

The Prince Albert Raiders suffered a 3-1 loss to the Pats in Regina.

Shayne Neigum opened the scoring for Regina 13 minutes into the second period.

Tanner Olstad and Myles Bell, on the power play, gave the Pats a 3-0 lead early in the third period.

Justin Maylan got the Raiders on the scoreboard with eight and a half minutes to go but they couldn’t get any closer despite a sensational 28 save effort from goal tender Jamie Tucker.

The final score in Regina was 3-1 for the Pats. Prince Albert hosts the Red Deer Rebels Sunday night.
