The “Summer of Storms” is number six on Environment Canada's top ten Canadian weather stories for 2010. The list was compiled by senior climatologist David Phillips. He said the storms affected the entire province.

“Think about Saskatoon, there were two one in a 100 year storms three days apart.  I mean you just never see that, it was just a wild and wicked weather summer for Saskatchewan,” Phillips said.

Topping his list was the un-winter-like weather for the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.
