SaskTel fixes its 3G+ network issues

Voice and texting services have been restored on SaskTel's 3G+ network.
The problem was fixed at about 4:30 p.m. on Sun.
About 35,000 customers were impacted by the outage.
SaskTel isn't sure yet what caused the problem, but believes it may have been software issues.
