Lux Clothing, located at 907 Central Ave. in a beautifully restored historic building, is operated by Nicole Luedtke, a young woman that does her research on the latest trends for people from teens to professionals.

“We go to some really big shows to see the latest colors and trends,” she says, siting fashion shows in Vancouver, Edmonton, Saskatoon and even Las Vegas she has attended. “It's important. You learn so much about what to bring in at shows we've gone to.”

Lux features clothing, including outer wear, boots and accessories for women, men and even babies with brands such as Free People, BB Dakota, Bardot, Gentle Fawn, Toms, Martial Artist, Tavik, Ambiguous, Roar and Gong Show.

“There is no need to go anywhere else to get clothes that are really unique,” she points out. “These lines are the latest trends you would ever hope to find anywhere.”
