Pirates come out on top in weekend tournament

The Prince Albert Venice House Pirates came out on top in their tournament over the weekend.

The Bantam AA boys won all five of their games.

They took home gold against the Saskatoon Maniacs with a final score of 6-4 at the 3:30 p.m. game at Kinsmen Arena on Sunday.

The B final was played at Kinsmen Arena at 1:30 Sunday. Prairie Storm came out with a 3-2 victory over Warman.

There were 24 teams who took part in the three day Prince Albert tournament playing at four different rinks.
