Jury at a standstill in Crowe trial

Dec 10, 2010 | 11:26 AM

The jury is at a standstill in the trial of Jordan Crowe.

They have asked the court how they should proceed if they can’t find a way around it.

Justice A.R. Rothery went over her instructions again to the jury, stating what has to be proven without a reasonable doubt by the Crown in order to find Jordan Crowe guilty of second-degree murder.

Crowe is the Prince Albert man who is on trial for allegedly killing his three-year-old stepson, Dilyn Donald, on Dec. 23, 2007.
