Surprise foster family

A Warman couple is speaking out after a bizarre incident involving the Ministry of Social Services.

Matthew and Carol Bird thought they were clear when they said they wanted to adopt a child, but they didn't want to be foster parents.

The minisrty then called them and asked them to look after three kids temporarily.

They said they were unprepared, but agreed because they wanted to help.

The kids were on their doorstep 45 minutes later.
