Three car accident on Central

Traffic had to be diverted this morning following a three vehicle accident at the intersection of Central Avenue and 20th Street East.
The incident happened just after 8:30 a.m. when the first vehicle attempted to turn while the second was stopped at the stop sign waiting for the first car to pass. A third vehicle then failed to stop and rear-ended the second vehicle which resulted in the second vehicle also hitting the first vehicle.
A female driver was arrested at the scene with suspician of impaired driving.
A passed out passenger was also pulled out from the third vehicle by police.
