Wind chill warnings remain in effect for much of Saskatchewan
That wind chill warning for most of the province continues Wednesday and into tomorrow morning with wind chills in the -40 C to -49 C range throughout the southern part of the province.
Prince Albert's forecasted high tonight is – 32 C with a windchill around – 43 C.Saskatoon's forecasted high is -27 C with a wind chill around -47 C. In Regina there's a high of -27 C with a wind chill of -43 C.
Environment Canada's Natalie Hasell says this Arctic is coming down through northern B.C., central Alberta and into Saskatchewan.
“Once it warms up a little bit, with the sunshine, although the winds will actually get stronger a little bit later in the day, so you might actually remain with these extreme wind chill conditions for longer period of time,” said Hasell.
