Winter driving conditions for many of Sask. highways

With the wind chill warning in effect for much of Saskatchewan highway travel is also being affected.

The Highway Hotline is reporting reduced visibility around Regina because of loose, swirling and drifting snow along with icy slippery sections.

The Carlyle area in the southeast and Prince Albert area also reporting reduced visibility for the same reason.

The rest of the highways are reporting icy, slippery sections with loose snow and snow pack.
