Harmful gas forces evacuation

Residents of a four-plex on the East Hill were evacuated this morning due to the discovery of a potentially harmful gas.
Carbon monoxide, which is highly toxic to humans and animals in higher quantities, was leaking into the residence on the 600 block of 28thSt. E.
The Prince Albert Fire Department responded to a call at 6 a.m.
High levels of carbon monoxide were found and gas in the building was shut off.
Nobody was injured.
