Saskatoon man stabbed in neck in overnight altercation

Police don't know why it happened, but a 20-year-old Saskatoon man was stabbed in the neck overnight.

It happened at 1:40 a.m. Saturday on the 1600-block of 22nd Street West, which is between Avenues P and Q.

Police say as many three men attacked the victim. Investigators aren't sure what the altercation was about, or even what weapon was used.

The victim was rushed to hospital for surgery. There's no word on his condition.
