Roughriders likely without Cates against Stampeders

The Saskatchewan Roughriders will likely be without running back Wes Cates during Saturday’s game against Calgary.

Head Coach Greg Marshall reports that having Cates ready to play is doubtful, saying the evening game won't make a difference.

“Either he is going to be ready to go tomorrow morning or he’s not so we’ll have to wait and see.”

Cates has been having trouble getting up to top speed after a low tackle late during the game against the Montreal Alouettes on Sunday.
